Starting September 1, 2024, I will only be teaching K8FIT Strength on Sundays, 9-10 am. Tuesday/Thursday classes will no longer be on the schedule after 9/1/24.

K8FIT YOGA - Challenge your mind and body with K8FIT Yoga, a versatile vinyasa yoga class designed to enhance your practice, move with your breath and explore your potential. Each class features strong, well-rounded sequences with a dynamic theme or peak pose focus.
K8FIT STRENGTH - Designed for yogis and fitness enthusiasts alike, this class incorporates hand weights & ankle weights, combining strength + low-impact cardio combos to create a powerful, lean, and strong body.
